WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Hypnosis is a safe, solution-focused technique that accesses your unconscious mind to remove unconscious blockages that may be preventing you from living the life you deserve. 

 

When a person is hypnotized, they first go into trance, which is a state of deep relaxation similar to that which is achieved during meditation.

HOW DOES HYPNOSIS WORK?

Everyone experiences a state of trance almost daily; for example, when you lose track of time, when you're so focused watching TV that you don't pay attention to others, when you drive your car from one place to another and you forget how you got there, you are in a state of trance. 

Conversational Hypnosis is an interactive way of creating awareness and integration of the mind and body, which opens the potential to unlimited possibilities by re-wiring your brain (neuroplasticity) to develop new behavior patterns through the process of hypnotic techniques, repetition and emotional association.

You remain fully awake and aware during a hypnotic trance and you're in complete control.

The only side-effect is relaxation.
