The initial meeting is a discovery session that lasts 90 min, where we'll go over the following:

  • what hypnosis is in more detail

  • how it works

  • identify & clarify your goals

  • uncover hidden challenges (there may be more than one)

  • the ways in which hypnosis helps in your particular situation

  • the program includes ten sessions, including the discovery session

  • find out just how committed you are to change (what you stand to lose or gain from not taking action)

  • We will also do a mini-hypnosis session

  • After this session, you'll receive a meditation to listen to between sessions

Each subsequent consultation lasts 60 min.

The timing between sessions is approximately as follows:

  • one session per week for 3-4 weeks

  • 1 session every two weeks for the remainder of the program

Yes. The requirements for on-line consultations  are:

  • use of a computer with a camera

  • Skype account or we can use Zoom, which doesn't require an account

  • a comfortable chair (NOT a sofa, so  you don't fall asleep)

  • comfortable clothing

  • quiet environment (either home or office), without interruptions

  • music is optional and may be used by your hypnotist in the background unless it's distracting to you

  • The sessions can take place online one-on-one or in a group setting

Yes. Everyone goes into trance almost daily, when they lose track of time, etc. and it's natural for people to do so. Anyone who wants to be hypnotized can go into a hypnotic trance and can benefit greatly from hypnosis.

Children and teens are easier to work with; however, it's recommended that children under the age of four not undergo hypnosis, due to their inability to focus. There are a few other exceptions listed under contraindications and precautions section below.

My ideal client is one that is humble enough to be coachable, open to learning and is 100% committed to solving the 'problem'.

Once you've completed your sessions, you'll be equipped with the skills and tools to deal with any future triggers that come up.

Clients often ask, what if I get triggered in the future or will I get triggered in the future?

The answer is, most likely. There may be new issues that come up, events or emotions that didn't come up during your sessions, and that's great! We want them to come up. Except now, you'll have the skills to deal with them on your own.

If, for whatever reason, you still feel that you need a maintenance session, we can schedule one, but for the most part, I like to empower my clients with the tools to deal with future triggers.

Schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar conditions, paranoia, suicidal tendencies, dementia, pathological personalities, some cases of epilepsy, dissociative identity disorder (formerly known as multiple personality disorder), anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol (intoxication of any kind), and recent heart surgery or heart attack.

Other conditions may require consultation and recommendation from your healthcare provider.

It is important to be aware that hypnosis is not a replacement for other therapies or healthcare, but rather a complement to treatment by a health professional and/or practitioner.

As with any other therapy, results vary from person to person based on your commitment to change. You must be 100% committed to change to work with me. As a consulting hypnotist, I'm the facilitator, hypnosis is the tool, but change comes from you.
